Who knows what a heart conceals
What one says is not what one feels
It might have hurt so bad no one can heal
But act so brilliantly so no one can reveal

Only heart itself knows the truth that ache
Smile it is forced to put on is fake
Trying to hold itself not to break
Promise itself never to make another mistake

Surrounded by people yet so alone
