huh ? what photos ? ask monica, she has fried the hard disk of our computer at home. on friday, the computer died on us. photos, gigabytes of them, were destroyed in an instant. it doesn't stop there. she made me spend 1200 pounds buying her a new laptop. bloody woman !!

we had monica's friend amelia swing by last weekend from switzerland and oh boy, can she talk ?

before she left, she even said i express regret, i talk too much. she is made in a mould akin to monica when it comes to exuberance and more like yovita when it comes to gastronomy. the resemblance does not stop there. reminiscent of monica, she has 2 sisters and no brothers. however, she does share my zeal for red wine and cheese !! wooyay. hey, how does cheese taste with red wine ? hmm...

she calls monica mon and in turn monica dubs her mel. at least she didn't call monica ndes like some of her friends do. i'm yet to find out what ndes actually means !! so, for a while, it felt like having two of the spice girls in my house – one is too much to handle, imagine two.

it was good fun, one of monica's mates qjoen [pronounced ki-june – well at least that is how i pronounce] visited from london – the chef de cuisine from london. to my dismay, he declined to cook for us this time. they went out punting on saturday and sunday was just an off day for the most part.

all in all, I presume, mel had a satisfactory time here. we were all in good spirits. the weather held good. the travel blog goes online tomorrow. a wonderful photo album goes online quite soon, probably this weekend.

joe da beeech is coming to visit us this weekend. it is supposed to be a great, sunny weekend. but, in england, you have to pray for it.

It's been a while

I have my reasons. One of them is that BBC said one blog is created every second, so I have been waiting for seconds before I write my blog. When I do that I lost track of time. I forgot that I was waiting for writing my blog. I know I know, it's lame. What can you do? Sue me :p

Those who are waiting for the travel report and wedding details from France, be patient, it will be in the travel section once it's ready. Give us a couple of days.

Amelia was here last weekend, and Qjoen also came from London to see all of us. Well mainly to see her, of course, I'm sure he's bored seeing me so many times already :p

When Amelia was here, she was so surprised that shops here open on Sundays! I was surprised to see her surprised!! In fact, she was so surprised to hear it, her fisherman friend candy dropped out of her mouth. It was hillarious. I promised her it will be in my blog, so here it is. :D

I miss Amelia already, we laughed so much last weekend that I felt empty after she's gone :(

Wait, this weekend, Joe the beech is coming. Wow endless entertainment :D Me so happy.
