Update on swimming hysteria

Agastya, me and Anita went to the swimming pool today. I went to a different one just to get a different atmosphere from before, and I thought maybe this new place would bring more luck to me.

It's a bigger pool with some shallow pool. The lessons are done in deeper pool (deep enough only for the mums to be able to stand holding the child), so I thought probably he'll be more comfortable in the shallow pool.

At first, (a recommendation from Ram) I held him in my arms with his feet in the pool (sitting on the edge of the first step). He was feeling uneasy and wanting to go. I asked Anita to dip in. That made him interested because it looked like Anita was having fun. Of course Anita exagerrated a little bit :p

Then I went a step further. Deeper but still below waist for him. Feeling uneasy again. I asked Anita to grab one of the bath toys I brought from home. It worked like a charm. Then I could grab him and slowly move to the middle!! Before I knew it, he was enjoying the whole thing. Making lots of splish splash and everything. Wow!!! Not even a single tear drop today!!! Not one scream of fear and anxiety, only screams of excitement :D And afterwards, Anita pointed out that he was the cutest baby in the pool :D Of course, I replied. He's the cutest baby in the whole wide world! No contest!
