You bloody Dope !!
Ok, like the previous time, one Indian weightlifter failed the dope test. "Not funny" you will shout. But in Manchester 2002, 4 years ago, one Indian {a weightlifter} failed the doping test and he actually was ranked 7th. I can't dream up a fool who would necessitate performance enhancing drugs only to finish 7th!!!
This time in Melbourne 2006, the story was like chalk and cheese. Some bastard failed the drug test and apparently did not even get to round two!!!
Anyway, as of today, India are ranked 3rd in the medals tally just as I predicted.
1. Australia
2. England
3. India
4. Canada
Two more days to go, hopefully India will hold on to its "bronze" position and repeat what it did in Manchester 2002. It only gets better; I reckon India will be number 2 in New Delhi 2010!!! I am absolutely certain of that.
