Another back log of photos (and video)

This backlog of photos was from the end bit of our USA trip (Aug 2008), to as recent as last week. No excuse for this, really, just pure laziness (can't find the USB cable).

There will be more videos - uploading videos takes ages, so I'll do them slowly.

The photos will be chronologically in order, or at least I try to.

Photobucket
This is Lila acting like a sophisticated lady. One leg up, of course.

Photobucket
See what I meant by sophisticated? ;)

Photobucket
I used to be so frustrated with her hair. Her bangs were too long! I ended up cutting them short. :D

My imaginative boy

I got Agastya's record folder from school for me to have a browse. It's very entertaining to hear your child's development from another person's point of view, this being his key worker at school. He has his sets of friends, he's confident, he's curious (about lots of things), sings, paints, writes, and I'm glad that he seems to enjoy school. But most of all, from this record, I'm convinced that he's very imaginative.

For example:

Agastya was playing 'trains' with one other child - "Can I go in the red carriage?" - "I can't believe it, I've forgotten my story book!" - Then he gets off the train and goes into house.

Agastya was outside, peddling around on trike, looking at signs. "Tricia, Tricia! I'm Lightning Mc Queen!"

heh heh..

This morning it was frosty when I was dropping Aga to school. It was the first time I needed to scrape ice from the car windows. Then the traffic was horrendous. I switched on the radio in time for the traffic report, and they did say it was horrendous, only that there was no particular reason for it. Horrendous everywhere, apparently. Huntingdon, Barhill, Cambourne, St Ives, everywhere, without reasons. Is there a connection between frosty morning and increased traffic on the roads?

Lila has her own way to tell me she wants food. She climbs on her own high chair (trust me, this is not an easy task even for me - not to mention the high chair might break if I attempt do to that) and sits her self properly there. Time for feeding then..
